The other free music alternative is Spotify – this requires registration and a small download.
Spotify is 100% free – the way they make their money is by playing a simple little advert to you. However, these adverts don’t get played very often – Sometimes every 10 minutes or just random.
To get started all you need to do is visit http://www.spotify.com and click “Get Started”. The registration process is very simple and will only take around 1-2 minutes. Once you have registered and activated you will be prompted to download the Spotify client – this is a very small download, around 3mb.
Then simply login and enjoy free music!
